Meet Elizabeth Savage:

From Elizabeth: “I am a yoga teacher. I hold space for people to unfold—body, mind, and spirit. Through breath, movement, and intention, I guide people through an experience of waking up. I am adaptable, working with all sorts of physical needs, desired goals, and ages ranging from 11 – 75+. My client reach covers fitness yoga, prenatal yoga, adaptive yoga for people with Parkinson’s, Lyme disease, auto-immune disorders/inflammation, anxiety and depression, and restorative yoga for regular sports recovery programs. I offer retreats and workshops meant to deepen one’s practice and explore awareness. Yoga is my tool. Living fully is my passion.”

Why we chose Ardoch:

Ardoch, Loch Lomond — a place of stillness, wide water, and easy connection — is the setting for our upcoming benefit yoga retreat supporting Children’s Hospice. We chose Ardoch for its natural beauty, accessibility, and the gentle rhythm of the landscape, which supports the restorative work at the heart of our retreat. The quiet shores and open skies create a safe, grounding space where families, caregivers, and practitioners can breathe, move, and reflect together.

Proceeds from the retreat will go directly to Children’s Hospice to help provide palliative care, family respite, and practical support for children with life-limiting conditions. Hosting at Ardoch allows us to offer restorative asana, compassionate mindfulness, chanting, and community-building practices in an environment that mirrors the hospice’s values: dignity, calm, and care. We believe that practicing in nature amplifies healing — it gives participants the chance to recharge and to contribute meaningfully to a cause that brings comfort and relief to children and their families.

Join us at Ardoch, Loch Lomond, to practice with purpose: for presence, for peace, and for the children and families who need our collective support.
