Anatomy & Mechanics: Gain a functional understanding of muscular-skeletal alignment to give structural support based on individual body types.
Movements of the Spine: Master how flexion, extension, lateral bending, and axial rotation dictate safe positioning.
Targeted Assisting Labs: Practice hands-on adjustments step-by-step for a full spectrum of postures, including:
Sun Salutations: Fluid, grounding assists for dynamic transitions.
Standing & Balance Postures: Building root stability, pelvic leveling, and kinetic length.
Seated Postures: Deepening forward folds and twists safely without forcing the lower back.
Inversions & Arm Balances: Safe spotting techniques, weight-distribution cues, and flight mechanics.
